Privacy Policy

Senzora is built on a simple principle: your perception data belongs to you. We collect only what we need to run the app. We never sell your data, and the app shows no ads.

1. Who we are

This policy covers the Senzora mobile app (listed on Google Play as "Senzora - Remote Viewing") and the website senzora.app. Both are operated by Villu Järvesoo, Estonia. For any question about your data, write to support@senzora.app.

2. What data we collect

Using the app without an account

You do not need an account, an email address or a payment to use Senzora for free.

• On your phone: your sessions, including the target ID, your accuracy score, your perception pattern, the date and time, the country, age range and sex you choose before a session, and the result texts the app generates. The impressions you type are used on your phone to produce your result.
• In our cloud database (anonymous statistics): for each completed session, the date and time, target ID, accuracy score, country, sex, age range, perception pattern and a short result summary. These records contain no name, no email address and no account ID, so we cannot tell who they came from. The database is run by Google Firebase and is located in the European Union.

Creating a Premium account

• Email address and password. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Your password is stored by Firebase in protected form, and we cannot read it.
• Account record: your email address, your plan (monthly or yearly), the date your subscription ends, how you paid (Google Play, card or PayPal, or cryptocurrency) and the date the account was created.
• Subscription information: when you subscribe through Google Play, Google processes the payment. Our subscription service provider, RevenueCat, receives limited information about the purchase (for example your account ID, the product, dates and subscription status) and basic device information, so that the app can confirm your subscription. We never see your card details.
• Emails we send you: for example the welcome message with the e-book. A copy of these messages is kept in our database.
• Leaderboard name: on the Users leaderboard, Premium members appear under a shortened form of their email address (for example kirja***@gmail.com).

Contacting us or joining the list on our website

• "Join Remote Viewers" form: your email address, your main interest and your experience level. The form sends them to our support mailbox. We use them only to contact you about Senzora sessions and experiments.
• Emails to support, including feedback: your message and your email address, which we use only to reply to you.

Technical data

Our website host and the services listed in section 5 process technical data, such as your IP address and device information, when you use them. We do not use this data to identify you.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not show ads and do not build advertising profiles.
• We do not use tracking cookies on our website.
• The app does not ask for access to your contacts, your location or your photos.

4. Why we use your data

• To run the app and your subscription (needed to fulfil our agreement with you).
• To create anonymous statistics, global analytics and leaderboards, and to improve the app (our legitimate interest).
• To send you the e-book and, if you signed up for them, invitations to remote viewing sessions (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To meet legal obligations, for example accounting rules.

5. Who receives data

We share data only with service providers that help us run Senzora. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (sign-in and database): Firebase privacy
• Google Play (payments and app distribution): Google Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat, Inc. (subscription management, United States): RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• PayPal (card and PayPal payments): PayPal Privacy Policy
• NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payments): NOWPayments Privacy Policy
• Hostinger (our website host and email)

We do not give your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, such as RevenueCat, are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep data

• On your phone: until you uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone settings.
• Anonymous statistics: kept, because they cannot be linked to you.
• Account and subscription records: while your account exists, and for up to 12 months after your subscription ends, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
• Website form entries and support emails: as long as needed to answer you or to contact you about sessions, or until you ask us to remove them.

8. Your rights and deleting your account

If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you these rights: access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time.

9. Security

Data travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to our database is limited by security rules and by our own administrator access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Children

Senzora is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us at support@senzora.app and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is important, we email Premium members.
